Drill Stand and Adaptor

Drill Stand type bench mount. Allows controlled location of studs in repetative production operation. Adaptor bracket allows speedy insert/removal of handtool if required.

Drill Stand handtool adaptor can accept both Contact and Lift Gap pistol.

Weld head is available in both Contact and
Approach welding modes.

Can be fitted with a foot switch and if required, mounted in an enclosed bench system.

"Goal Post" Mounting Sytem

"Goal Post" bench system. Allows weld head lateral movement.

THE GOAL POST SYSTEM

Precision built pneumatically operated stud welding system.
Consists of a welding head mounted over an aluminium profile table using a goal post arrangement. Suitable for high volume, high tolerance applications where accuracy is to +/- 0.20mm.
Table sizes can be made to meet customer specifications.
Weld head is pneumatically operated with all controls initiated by push button switches mounted on the front of the table.
Available with both Contact and Approach welding heads.
Studs can be fed manually or automatically.

Each Enclosed bench system is manuactured to customers requirements. Shelves,drawers and recepticles can be located to suit the specific production requirements. This photograph shows a bench fitted goal post system with shielding panels. The units may also be used with Drill Stands and other production aids.
